Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above Rs. 10000 within India unless stated otherwise on the checkout page. The above-mentioned shipping costs do not apply to international shipments. International shipping fees are chargeable at a flat rate of 35 USD. All orders are shipped by a reputable shipping company. If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post.

Once an order is received, products will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within the following transit times:

Rest of India Up to 7-8 working Days

International Up to 15-20 Working Days

Note: Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver the products. If they fail for any reason, the package will be returned to us. To have the order shipped again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is non-negotiable, and we urge the Buyer to be available for delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays due to customs.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the product has been shipped by sending an email with the Order #. The entire order amount will be refunded if it meets our cancellation conditions. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a shipping fee of Rs. 100 – Rs. 400 will be deducted, depending on the value and size of the package.

Upon requesting the cancellation of item(s) in an order, it will take a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. The respective banks may take up to 7-10 business days to process the refund. No return is applicable on international orders (outside India).

Please note that no refunds will be issued for custom/customized orders.
