Return Policy
Return Definition: ‘Return’ refers to the action of returning the item purchased by the Buyer to THE BLACK BIRD on THE BLACK BIRD website. The Buyer may return a product only if the following situations arise:
– The item was defective
– The item was damaged during shipping
– The product was missing
– The wrong item was sent by the Seller
Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery by sending an email to info.theblackbird@gmail.com with the Order #. The item must be returned intact with all its packaging and seals, along with the original invoice. Upon inspection, we will process a refund for the returned products. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making a purchase decision. If the Buyer orders the wrong item, a return/refund will not be granted. The package must be sent via a prepaid, insured, and trackable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to the registered office address provided below.

No returns will be accepted for international shipments. A refund of the product value may be processed in such a case after providing proof of damage or defect. International shipping fees are non-refundable. Personalized products will be eligible for a 50% refund of the product value.
